Automotive Service Technician
We are looking for a well experienced Automotive Service Technician for “Richmond Hill Hyundai” located at 11188 Yonge Street Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1K9, Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect vehicles in operation, conduct road tests, and test automotive systems and components using computerized diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace defective parts and components of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering, suspension, fuel systems, and electrical systems.
Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements according to manufacturer maintenance schedules.
Estimate parts and labour requirements for repair and maintenance work.
Review work orders and discuss repair procedures with the service supervisor or service advisor.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Provide technical guidance and instruction to apprentice technicians.
Advise customers on work performed and recommend future repair or maintenance requirements while ensuring high standards of customer service.
Prerequisites:
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 5 years
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36.00 to $ 40.00 per Hour for 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
