Automotive Refinishing Technician – DRX Auto

Description

DRX Auto located in Richmond, BC is hiring Automotive Refinishing Technician.

You will be responsible for the following:

Inspect vehicle exterior surfaces and assess preparation requirements prior to refinishing or protective treatment.

Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, polishing and performing paint correction using hand and power tools.

Measure, cut, fit and install paint protection film (PPF) on vehicle exterior panels.

Apply protective film to high-impact areas including hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, door edges and windshields.

Install automotive window tint film according to specifications and quality standards.

Apply ceramic coatings and other protective surface treatments.

Trim and finish film installations to ensure proper alignment and appearance.

Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.

Maintain tools, materials and a safe work environment.

Hire and train new staff if needed.

You need to meet the following qualifications:

Completion of Secondary school is required.

2-3 year of relevant automotive experience is required.

English is required.

Your hourly wage will be $33~37. 4% vacation pay is provided.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
