1121885 BC LTD DBA WOKING DRAGON CHOP SUEY is looking for 1 full-time and permanent Assistant Manager-Restaurant at 22248 DEWDNEY TRUNK ROAD, MAPLE RIDGE, BC, V2X 3H9. Salary is 36.60 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week. (Even though this is a full-time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply).
Main duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Employment requirements:
Completion of Secondary school is required /Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
