- Position: Technical Sales Specialist
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

- Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Actively research, identify, and approach prospective dental clinics, laboratories, and distributors to expand the company’s client base and generate new business opportunities
- Analyze each client’s clinical and operational requirements to recommend suitable technical products and customized solutions
- Conduct detailed technical presentations demonstrating product specifications, performance advantages, and practical applications to prospective clients
- Draft and finalize sales agreements, ensuring all pricing, delivery terms, and technical specifications are accurately documented
- Prepare accurate quotations outlining pricing structures, product configurations, warranty coverage, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product customization or specification adjustments
- Provide technical instruction and training to clients on proper product usage, handling, and maintenance procedures
- Investigate and resolve technical or service related issues reported by clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long term business relationships
Job requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 2-3 years experience in technical sales or hands on experience in a technical field related to dental products, medical devices, or similar precision equipment is required
- Language: English
