Job Description:

•  Co-ordinate activities with drivers, office staff and customers
•  Resolve work related problems.
• Train drivers in duties and according to the policies including safety and compliance.
•  Help in dispatch when required.
•  Co-ordinate, assign and review work of drivers to give feedback.
•  Co-ordinate maintenance requirements of the fleet with different vendors
•  Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
•  Ensures an adequate inventory of equipment, materials, parts and supplies; conducts training and evaluations for logistics.
•  Prepare and submit reports to improve safety and compliance.
•  Establish work schedules and procedures
   

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of relevant experience
