Job Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Salary; $39/hr (35 hours weekly
May be required to work early morning, evening and on weekends
This is a on the road job : Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.
Work setting: Installation, Commercial, Institutional, Residential, Restoration, Service, Various locations, Office building
Responsibilities
Tasks: Prepare production and other reports; Supervise workers and projects; Co-ordinate and schedule activities; Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions; Train or arrange for training; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met; Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets; Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervision: 5-10 people (Painters and decorators)
