Job Duties: 

🍽️ Provide friendly, attentive table service to guests in the dining room, patio, or banquet areas.

📝 Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the point-of-sale system.

✅ Check guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address concerns professionally and promptly.

💳 Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and complete end-of-shift closing duties.

🏖️ Attend shore lunches as needed.

🧹 Set up, reset, and keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.

🚦 Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards at all times.

🌲 Support a welcoming resort atmosphere while helping guests enjoy their stay in Northwestern Ontario.

🤝 Other duties as required to help out other team members when needed.

 

Job Requirements: 

📝 Seasonal work from April to December annually. 

⏳ Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset, but training may be provided.

💬 Strong English communication skills and a polite, guest-focused attitude.

🤝 Ability to work well in a team in a busy resort environment.

💪 Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 50 lbs.

👀 Good attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and handling payments.

✅ Willing to work mornings evenings, weekends and holidays when required.

🏠 Willingness to relocate to northwestern Ontario and live in employer-provided housing if required.

🧼 Excellent hygiene is required.
