Permanent Employment: Fulltime 40 hours per week    Day. Early morning. Evening, Morning, Night, Overtime, Shift, Weekends, 

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Language: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work site environment:

• Personal and social ajustment and health (substance abuse, gambling, behaviour disorders)
• Programs dealing with Autism spectrum disorder

Work Setting:

• Group home
• Work in employer's / client's home
• Rural area
• Community centre
• Private residence

Responsibilities:

• Administrative and office activities
• Appraise client's needs or eligibility for specific services
• Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs
• Housekeeping activities
• Food preparation
• Resolve conflict resolutions
• Implement behaviour management programs
• Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients
• Assist clients / guests with special needs
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

Credentials:

Certificates, Licenses, Memberships and Courses

• Mandt System Training
• First Aid Certificate
• CPR Certificate
