Pho Boi Restaurant Mayfair LTD needs 1 Permanent Full Time Food Service Supervisor (62020) to work in Victoria BC location.

Food Service Supervisor – 1 position

Salary: 20.25  per hour, 30- 40 hrs per week , flexible shift schedule, 2 flexible days off.

Work schedules are expected to be shifts 6  hours up to 8 hours. depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from  morning, afternoon, evening, weekend with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Tasks

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·         Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         Address customers' complaints or concerns

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Establish work schedules
