Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Duties
· Prepare estimates for labor and material costs.
· Prepare pre-qualification submissions for clients.
· Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
· Estimate general expenses and overhead costs.
· Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems.
· Monitor and adjust contract expenditures.
· Maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors.
· Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on cost adjustments.
Working Setting:
The candidate should be available to work full-time during regular business hours, with flexibility for evenings or weekends if project deadlines require.
