Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 827 Bute St, Vancouver, BC V6E 3Y4

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Analyze financial performance and operational costs to optimize profitability and ensure the restaurant meets its revenue targets

·         Oversee and assess daily restaurant operations to maintain efficient service flow and high customer satisfaction standards

·         Plan, coordinate, and implement daily operational activities to ensure smooth and consistent restaurant performance

·         Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours

·         Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to service and operational standards

·         Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff to support ongoing business growth and staffing needs

·         Manage inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and supplies

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 3-5 years of experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
