• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 694 Memorial Ave, Qualicum Beach, BC V9K 1S7

Job Duties:

• Develop and manage employee work schedules and daily operational flows.
• Hire, onboard, and lead the restaurant team to uphold high service standards.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety standards, and liquor regulations.
• Organize and direct special events and private functions as required.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations to ensure a professional excellence.
• Manage guest relations, resolving concerns or feedback promptly to ensure a premium experience.
• Negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality seafood, beverages, and essential restaurant supplies.
• Oversee inventory levels to meet daily needs while maintaining ingredient freshness.

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
