Sammy’s Restaurant is seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and staff performance. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate restaurant operations Supervise and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house staff Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Recruit, train, and schedule employees Monitor sales performance and prepare reports Manage inventory and order supplies Resolve customer complaints and maintain service quality Develop marketing strategies to grow business Manage budgets and control costs Requirements: Secondary school diploma required 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and health regulations Ability to manage staff and operations efficiently
