1215439 B.C. Ltd. Bar Burrito is looking for a Full-time Food Service Supervisor at work at 10330 Mcdonald Park Rd suite 118, North Saanich, BC V8L 2L5 . Salary is 21 dollars per hour and no of hours are 30 per week.(Even though this is a full time position, part time job seekers are encouraged to apply.)



Job Duties:

-Supervise, coordinate, and scheduled the daily activities of staff involved in food prep and service

-Estimating consumption and procuring ingredients and supplies

-Plan and organize work methods to ensure efficient operations and meet service schedules and work targets

-Keep accurate records of inventory, equipment repairs, sales, and food wastage

-Train team members on job responsibilities, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

-Monitor food preparation and customer service to ensure quality standards were consistently met.



Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required. At least one or two years of experience in food preparation or service are required or completion of college program in food service adminisration, restauant business or related business.
