• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $30.50-$32.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 4900 McGillivray Blvd, Oak Bluff, MB R4G 0B7

Job Duties:

• Direct daily operations to synchronize the kitchen and dining room
• Standardize service procedures and menu quality to ensure consistency
• Schedule staff to meet peak demand while maintaining labor targets
• Manage the budget to drive profitability and control food costs
• Lead the crew through hands-on training and immediate performance feedback
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing on all supplies
• Recruit a reliable team that fits the restaurant’s pace and culture
• Resolve guest concerns immediately to maintain the restaurant’s reputation

Job Requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
