• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $21.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: #103-450 East Columbia St, New Westminster BC V3L 3X5

Job Duties:

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Develop and maintain employee work schedules to ensure consistent staffing during all operating hours
• Monitor front-counter inventory logistics, placing timely orders for packaging and service essentials to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
• Guarantee that all food items and customer interactions consistently uphold the restaurant's quality standards
• Keep precise logs of inventory, daily sales, and food waste to optimize store performance
• Instruct new team members on POS proficiency, exceptional guest relations, and rigorous front-of-house sanitation protocols.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues with a professional and positive attitude

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
