Job Duties:
- Prepare meals and specials according to set recipes and plating standards
- Modify dishes to safely accommodate guest allergies and dietary needs
- Manage inventory and keep work areas clean and organized
- Prep stations by checking ingredients and equipment before every shift
- Control portions to maintain consistency and minimize food waste
- Instruct kitchen helpers on cooking techniques and food safety
- Lead kitchen helpers to keep the kitchen moving during busy shifts
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
