Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00 / hr
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 1212 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 3X4

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Cook various menu items while following specific recipes and quality standards
• Portion and measure ingredients precisely to ensure consistency and limit waste
• Handle meal prep for guests with allergies by strictly following safety guidelines
• Keep an eye on kitchen stock and help with ordering supplies when necessary
• Document inventory and equipment details to keep kitchen operations running well
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets all safety regulations

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
