Main Duties:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes in accordance with established standards. Ensure food quality, proper food handling, and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas. Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies. Assist with training and supervising kitchen staff as required.

 

Experience in East Asian cuisine is an asset.
