Procurement Agent (Transactional Buyer)

Description

We are looking for a light duty cleaner to join our team.

Number of Positions: 1

Position Type: Permanent, full-time.

Salary: $31.25/hr

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

Analyze procurement needs based on production requirements and inventory levels.
Place orders with selected suppliers and track execution to ensure on-time delivery and product compliance.
Manage supplier relationships by resolving any issues that arise and fostering effective collaboration.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts while minimizing holding costs.
Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes by proposing optimization initiatives and implementing strategic purchasing practices.
Manage material shipments for transformation operations performed by subcontractors (plating, anodizing, heat treatment, electropolishing).

Job requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement: University degree or equivalent

Experience Required: 24 months of experience in procurement, logistics, supplier management, or administrative operations coordination

Language Skills: French and English
