Job Position: Maintenance Millwright
Salary: $50.52/hr (30 hours weekly)

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years
Responsibilities / Tasks:
Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
Repair or replace defective machinery parts
Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up
Estimate costs and materials
Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
Make minor adjustments and repairs
Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
Experience and specialization:
Equipment and machinery experience: Automated and robotic system; Conveyor; Fans and blowers; Gas compressors
Heat exchangers; Pneumatic system; Power tools; Pumps and compressors; Tool grinders; Forklift; Hand tools
Area of specialization:
Start-up and testing; Renovating and restoring; Troubleshooting; Computerized alignment
Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Bending, crouching, kneeling; Standing for extended periods; Work under pressure
Work site environment:
At heights, noisy and confined spaces
Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
