Job Title: Facility Operations Manager

Wage rate: $41.00 per hour, 40.00 hours week.
Education: High School
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Languages: English
Job Duties:
• Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage , cleaning , maintenance, parking safety inspections, security and snow removal
• Plan and manage the facility’s operations budget
• Hire or oversee training and supervision of staff
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of report and statistics related to areas of responsibility
• Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and service
• Handle Responsibilities for building membership and create promotion material to attract and communicate with members and develop plans to improve facilities for members
Essential Skills:
Oral communication, working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, continuous learning. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
