Anatoli Yaletown Holdings Inc dba The Greek Yaletown in Vancouver, BC is looking for skilled and experienced full-time, Cook.

Conditions:

Ÿ  Position: Cook (NOC63200)

Ÿ  Status: Full-Time, Permanent position

Ÿ  Wage: $23.00/hour

Ÿ  Working hours: minimum 30 hours per week

Ÿ  Ability to do shift work according to the work schedule

Ÿ  Vacation: 4% gross salary

Ÿ  Benefits: Tips and 1 staff meal per shift

Ÿ  Number of Positions: 1

Requirements:

Ÿ  Completion of secondary school

Ÿ  Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience as a Cook  

Ÿ  Language: English is required

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook complete meals and foods on the menu such as soups, salads, souvlaki, moussaka, calamari, youvetsi etc.

·         Plan menu and determine food portions size

·         Oversee kitchen operations and may supervise other kitchen staffs and helpers

·         Ensure to maintain high quality of foods

·         Maintain inventory, and monitor and order supplies and equipment

May clean kitchen and work area
