Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes in accordance with the restaurant menu
- Accommodate customer dietary needs and special requests when required
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen helpers and support staff
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure food quality and efficiency
- Maintain inventory and keep records of food, ingredients, and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
