Job Title    :    Food and Beverage Service Manager

Location    :  Kenora, Ontario

Type of Employment  :  Permanent/Full-Time 

Wages/Benefits    :  $ 26.47 /hour plus company benefits 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate operations,

• Determine type of services offered, implement operational procedures

• recruit, train and supervise staff

• Balance Cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms 

• conduct performance reviews, cost products and services

• enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislations and regulations 

• organize and maintain inventory

• monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices 

• participate in marketing plans and implementation

• develop, implement and analyze budgets 

• set staff work schedules/monitor staff performance and 

• address customers' complaints and concerns
