Woo Korean BBBQ House in Surrey, BC is looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Job Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Positions Available: 1

Hourly Wage: C$36.60 ~C$37.00

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:

·       Oversee daily shift operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, customer service excellence and the restaurant’s profits

·       Implement company policies and operational procedures

·       Supervise, train and support the teams, maintaining strong teamwork

·       Recruit, schedule, and evaluate staff

·       Track and monitor workflow and staff performance

·       Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and reduce waste

·       Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·       Analyze budget and monitor sales performance, revenues and expenses

·       Address any customer complaints and feedback professionally

·       Ensure staff compliance with service standards, policies, and health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

– Education: Completion of secondary school

– Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role

– Additional Certificate: Serving-it-Right certificate

– Language: English

– Personal Suitability:  Leadership, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized
