Food Counter Attendant – 1 position
1250 Knight Rd. , Courtenay BC V9M 4H2

Salary $18.25 per hour , 30 – 40 hrs. per week , 6 to 8 hours per day , 5 days a week , flexible shift , flexible days off
Work shifts schedule are expected to be shifts 6 to 8 hours , depending on the business operation, these shifts continuously vary from early morning , afternoon,  evening and  weekends with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Package take-out food
  • Portion and wrap foods
  • Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Take customers' orders
  • Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
