Kojan Restaurant is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager.

Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00-39.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 103-33640 South Fraser Way, Abbotsford, BC V2S 2B9

Job Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and consistent service quality
• Develop and manage operational budgets, including food costs, labour expenses, and supply expenditures, to support profitability
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate staff performance to maintain high service and operational standards
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees to ensure adequate staffing and operational continuity
• Prepare and manage staff work schedules based on business needs, peak hours, and labour cost targets
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including provincial food safety requirements
• Organize, monitor, and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure uninterrupted operations
• Address customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
