Position Info:
- Position: Tattoo Studio Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $37.51/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 902 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 3W7

Job Duties:
- Plan and organize daily studio operations to maintain workflow for artists and clients
- Manage the studio budget and maintain inventory control for all tattooing supplies
- Oversee the regular upkeep and sterilization of all technical equipment and instruments
- Consult with clients to determine aesthetic preferences, safety requirements, and project scope
- Establish clear studio policies and standard operating procedures
- Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and apprentices
- Enforce provincial health and safety regulations to maintain a sterile environment
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
