Responsibilities Tasks
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems for clients.
• Provide on-site or remote support to users facing technical difficulties.
• Install, configure, and update software applications as per client requirements.
• Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Guide clients and staff on proper usage of IT systems, software, and tools.
• Assist in setting up and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet connections.
• Configure and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Maintain records of technical issues, solutions provided, and client interactions for future reference.
• Assist in implementing security protocols to protect systems from potential threats.
• Respond to user inquiries via email, phone, or help desk software promptly and professionally.
• Ensure proper backup of data and systems and assist in data recovery when required.
• Keep track of IT equipment inventory and ensure timely replacements or upgrades.
• Ensure users adhere to the company’s IT usage policies and guidelines.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the performance and usability of Systems
• Collect and analyze user feedback to improve technical support services.
