We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Live-In Caregiver to provide personal care and companionship for a senior in a private home in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities and help ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required
• Perform light housekeeping related to the senior’s care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Administer medication reminders as directed
• Accompany the senior to appointments or outings when needed
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to family members

Requirements

• Experience caring for seniors (professional or family experience)
• Patient, kind, and dependable
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Criminal background check required
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Compensation & Benefits

• $20/hour for 40 hours per week
• Live-in accommodation provided at no cost (private room)
