Job Posting: CNC Programmer and Operator
We are a fast-growing ACM panel manufacturing company specializing in precision fabrication and
advanced panel processing. We operate multiple AXYZ CNC tables and rely heavily on the PanelBuilder
software platform to deliver high- quality, accurate, and efficient output for our clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer and Operator with advanced knowledge of PanelBuilder
software and expert-level skills in running, maintaining, and troubleshooting AXYZ CNC tables. The
ideal candidate has a strong technical acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to
producing work of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
– Program and optimize cutting files using PanelBuilder software with an advanced level of
proficiency
– Set up, operate, and maintain AXYZ CNC routers, ensuring consistent accuracy and efficiency
– Perform machine calibrations, tool changes, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime
– Review project drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure accurate programming and
cutting
– Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments to machine settings or toolpaths
– Troubleshoot software, hardware, and mechanical issues with confidence and maintain workflow
efficiency
– Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and file organization for CNC programs
Qualifications & Experience:
– Advanced expertise in PanelBuilder software (required)
– Expert-level experience operating and maintaining AXYZ CNC tables
– Minimum 3-5 years of CNC programming and operation experience in a production environment
– Strong understanding of toothpath strategy, feed rates, spindle speeds, and material behavior
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and specifications
– Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and maintenance abitlities
– High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
