Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00~$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 4605 Lakelse Avenue, Terrace, BC V8G 1p9

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, and manage the overall daily operation of the restaurant and food service
• Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures and standards
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all staff, including kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Recruit, train, and oversee the onboarding processes for new employees
• Establish staff work schedules and conduct regular performance reviews to manage and monitor staff performance
• Manage and control inventory levels, place necessary orders, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Monitor revenues, adjust prices, and manage operational budgets
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash balancing, prepare balance sheets, and complete related financial reports

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3~5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
