Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00~$39.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 3-685 Tranquille Road, Kamloops, BC V2B 3H7

Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily activities of restaurant staff
• Plan, manage and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
• Establish work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate staff performance
• Develop and implement customer service policies and operational procedures to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Resolve customer’s complaints and concerns
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues and expenses, and adjust procedures, menus, or pricing as needed
• Coordinate with suppliers for ordering food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies
• Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and overall guest experience

Job requirements:

• Experience: 3~5 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
