- Position: Guest Services Manager

- Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
- Create and execute guidelines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Conduct training sessions and staff performance review
- Schedule and monitor maintenance work to ensure proper facility upkeep
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Hire, supervise, and establish work shifts of front desk clerks
- Monitor and uphold adherence to company rules and protocols
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the accommodation industry is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
