Job roles and Responsibilities:

·         Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including customer service, staff performance, and food quality.

·         Hire, train, and schedule staff, ensuring that all roles are filled efficiently, and that staff perform their duties to the company’s standards.

·         Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues and maintaining a welcoming environment.

·         Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that the restaurant maintains adequate stock of food, beverages, and cleaning supplies.

·         Oversee the restaurant's budget, manage expenses, track sales, and ensure profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency.

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and clean environment for both staff and customers.

·         Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and maintain the loyalty of existing ones.

·         Conduct ongoing training for staff to improve skills, knowledge, and customer service, ensuring they are up to date with restaurant policies and procedures.

·         Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.

·         Provide regular reports to senior management on restaurant performance, staff issues, customer feedback, and operational challenges
