Deep Cove Osaka Japanese Restaurant
We are located in Deep cove area in North Vancouver BC and are looking for experienced Chef.
Position: Chef
Working condition: Full time, Permanent
Work Location: 4355 Gallant Ave, North Vancouver BC V7G2C1
Wage Rate: $34.65 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week
Job Duties:
– Plan menus and create new recipes
– Prepare and Cook complete meals or special meals for events
– Analyze operating costs and other data
– Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking and presentation of food
– Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
– Ensure food meets quality standards
– Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
Qualifications:
– 3 years or higher experience in commercial food preparation
– Secondary Education or higher
– Able to communicate in English
– Available to work in evening and weekends
