Position Info:

• Position: Café Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 5078 Joyce St, Vancouver, BC V5R 4G6

Job Duties:

• Lead daily shifts to ensure fast service and drink consistency
• Monitor daily sales and staff hours to stay on budget
• Train staff how to use equipment and follow shop recipes
• Purchase all beans, milk, and food to maintain stock levels
• Clean and organize the shop to meet health code standards
• Inspect espresso machines and grinders to keep them running smoothly
• Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure repeat visits
• Update menus and signage for new drinks or promotions

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in food preparation or service, including supervisory experience, is required
