Responsibilities and Duties:
Pick up passengers and transport them safely to their destinations.
Assist passengers with luggage and help them board and exit the vehicle when required.
Collect fares and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Provide pick-up and delivery services upon request.
Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and difficult passenger situations professionally.
Assist passengers with special needs to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections and take the vehicle for servicing and maintenance as required.
Credentials:
Valid Driver's License
Work Setting:
On-site work only. Remote work is not available.
