Work location: On site; Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
 
Salary: 58.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
 
Terms of employment: Term or contract; Full time

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
 
Responsibilities:

1.Develop scalable sales policies and procedures and ensure the team adheres to them correctly.
2.Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
3.Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
4.Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new demand.
5.Prepare sales budget and monitor and approve expenses.
6.Direct the negotiation of contracts and pricing with clients and vendors.
7.Lead the team to consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest products and services that will meet those needs.
8.Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for the defined geography and accounts; develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
9.Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and purchasing to optimize brand promotion and product quality; also work with cross-functional teams and senior management in developing new products and services.
10.Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
11.Involve in the hiring process for the sales team and also responsible for onboarding the new team members.
12.Act as company representative at trade association meetings.
