Room attendant – 1 position

2898 Douglas Street Victoria , British Columbia V8T 4M9



Salary $21.00 per hour, 30-40 hours per week, 6 to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, flexible shift schedule, 2 days flexible days off.



Work shift schedules are expected to shift 6 hours up to 8 hours, depending on the business operation, these shifts continuously vary from early morning, day , afternoon , evening, night, weekend with flexible hours.

Tasks

Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

Dust furniture

Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture

Make beds and change sheets

Distribute clean towels and toiletries

Stock linen closet

Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances

Handle and report lost and found items

Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items

Provide basic information on facilities

Pick up debris and empty trash containers

Mend clothing and linens

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Wash windows, walls and ceilings

Clean changing rooms and showers

Address customers' complaints or concerns
