Salary $43.27 per hour, 30-40 hours per week, 6 to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, flexible shift schedule, 2 days flexible days off. Work shift schedules are expected to shift 6 hours up to 8 hours, depending on the business operation, these shifts continuously vary from early morning, afternoon, evening, night shift and or overnight, weekend with flexible hours.

Tasks
· Direct and control daily operations
· Evaluate daily operations
· Plan and organize daily operations
· Manage staff and assign duties
· Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
· Implement price and credits policies
· Develop and implement marketing strategies
· Determine staffing requirements
· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
· Conduct performance reviews
· Supervise office and volunteer staff
