1100923 BC Ltd. dba Northern Motor Inn is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Liquor Store

Supervisor to join our team at our on-site liquor store in Thornhill (Terrace), BC.

Job Position: Liquor Store Supervisor

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time (Available for evening, night and weekend shifts)

Work Location: 3086 Highway 16 East, Thornhill (Terrace), BC, V8G 3N5

Wage: $36.60 ~ $37.60 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Work hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay or 10 days’ paid vacation

Your job duties will be:

– Supervise and monitor daily work activities of the liquor store staff and provide training when needed.

– Establish work schedules and procedures are being followed.

– Ensure compliance with liquor laws and company policies.

– Hire and train liquor store staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.

– Handle cash, sales transactions, and daily reports.

– Resolve customer’s complaints.

– Sell liquor to customers.

– Monitor liquor inventory and restock products.

– Order and receive merchandise from suppliers.

– Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports.

R      Requirements: 

        – Completion of high school

–       – Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience

–        – Ability to work flexible shifts, including evening/nights and weekends

          – English
