Skills Requirements:

·        Education: Completion of Secondary/High School Graduation Certificate

·        Work experience: 1 month to less than 7 months of experience as a Food Service Supervisor/Food Counter Attendant is required.

Job Duties:                                                                                               

·        Oversee daily operations of the fast-food section, including kitchen and dine-in/take-out areas, ensuring efficient workflow, timely food preparation, and prompt customer service within the store.

·        Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels by estimating ingredient requirements for menu items such as hot fast-food and other frozen foods, slushies, drinks and beverages, while coordinating timely restocking to meet customer demand.

·        Develop and manage staff schedules for food counter attendants, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and smooth coordination with overall store operations.

·        Train staff on food preparation methods, portion control, customer service standards, and compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

·        Supervise food preparation, presentation, and service quality to ensure consistency with brand standards and customer expectations.

·        Maintain records and prepare reports on inventory usage, food waste, equipment maintenance, and sales performance to support operational efficiency and cost control.

·        Participate in hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records to ensure the availability of trained and competent staff in the food service section.

·        Conduct regular checks on inventory levels and kitchen equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations and timely maintenance or repairs when required.

·        Coordinate food service operations alongside the broader business activities in the store

·        Assist in preparing specialty or high-demand food items during busy periods or catering orders to maintain service efficiency.

·        Supervise cleanliness and sanitation practices across the kitchen, dining and take-away areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and public health standards.

·        Step in to support food counter attendants during peak hours or staff shortages to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.

·        May perform other duties as required by the business
