Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule food service staff activities.
Train staff in job duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service procedures.
Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently maintained.
Establish work schedules and assign staff duties.
Monitor inventory and order food, beverages, and kitchen supplies as needed.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain records of sales, inventory, and daily operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate.
1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an asset.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
