We are currently recruiting to fill two (2) fast food self-Manager positions at 9166-3104 Québec Inc. – Restaurant Saint-Hubert.

As a member of our restaurant team located at 7850 Boulevard Cousineau, Saint-Hubert, Quebec, J3Z 1H2, Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• managing service in the restaurant or establishment during your shift;
• determining operating procedures;
• participating in staff hiring and ensuring proper training;
• monitoring work schedules, staff performance, inventory, and receipts;
• evaluating methods and pricing;
• following up on customer complaints and claims;
• negotiating with suppliers and customers;
• ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work Conditions:
These are two full-time positions, requiring 30 hours of work per week, with an hourly wage of $34.65.

Working hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: the first employee from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The second employee from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please note that days off are generally Saturday and Sunday, although this may vary depending on business needs. Therefore, flexibility is essential for this position.

Requirements:

• proficiency in French or English;
• a high school diploma is usually required;
• a minimum of one year of experience in fast food or two years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience.
