We are looking for an “Executive Housekeeper” for QUALITY INN LEAMINGTON located at 279 Erie St. South, Leamington, ON N8H 3C4 Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and control housekeeping operations and staff of the housekeeping department.
• Responsible for the standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the hotel. 
• Monitor and ensure response to all client requests and always maintain company standards at work. 
• Always administer the efficient workings of all housekeeping departments, supervise all work, and ensure compliance with all operational standards and organization regulations.
• Monitor all sub-activities for departments, maintain records of all expenses, control all costs for departments, and recommend ways to increase efficiency. 
• Order equipment and supplies as required and within budget.
• Implements positive human resource initiatives within the department, training, performance appraisals, disciplinary action etc.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Prerequisites:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hospitality.

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $21.52 to $25.00  per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % vacation pay,
