Description
– Supervise, coordinate and assign the activities of customer service staff in financial services
– Ensure accuracy of transactions and compliance with company policies and procedures
– Resolve customer complaints and handle complex account inquiries
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Train staff in job duties, customer service standards and company policies
– Promote financial products and services to meet customer needs
Completion of Secondary School, Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Management
Must have at least three years of most recent, verifiable work experience
