• Position: Financial Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $56.85-$58.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 4899 Plank Road, Vienna, Ontario N0J 1Z0

Job Duties:

• Optimize financial operations and budget activities to drive organizational performance
• Lead departmental staff and daily operations to ensure peak productivity
• Mitigate risk by identifying, investigating, and resolving compliance issues
• Govern budgets and expenditures through rigorous planning and oversight
• Implement standardized policies and procedures to streamline internal workflows
• Manage strategic investment portfolios to maximize long-term financial growth
• Audit financial control systems to maintain data integrity and asset security
• Advise senior leadership using high-level analysis of financial data and trends
• Reconcile complex accounts using computerized systems to ensure audit-ready records

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and/or analysis are required
