Trocadero Cafe is expanding and looking for a new member to join our team.

The Job   :  Cafe Supervisor 

Wage      :  $30.16/hour, 35 hours per week 

Type of Employment :  Full-Time/Permanent 

Location   :   Dauphin, MB 

Duties /Responsibilities:

• Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customer complaints/concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and waste
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Establish work schedules
• Supervise 5-10 people food counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers
